- The Department of Psychiatry conducted 55 Community Programs from July 2023 to June 2024.
Faculty Achievements
- Dr. Kamal Nath, Professor & HOD of the department, received the ‘Lt. LP Verma Memorial Oration Award’ for his outstanding contributions to Psychiatry. This prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award is given annually by the Eastern Zonal Branch of the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) to a distinguished psychiatrist from the East Zone.
